Your kids’ favorite animated, pumped-up fitness coach has gone 3D with the help of a little 5G. GoNoodle’s Coach Terry and NFL Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa teamed up for an interactive workout unlike any other, broadcast to over 300 elementary schools across the country. For the first time ever, Coach Terry was brought to a live audience when real-time mocap rendered and beamed him onto a futuristic extended reality (XR) stage next to Tua.
Image Flux provided consulting services to Media Monks, Ryot and Verizon 5G Labs, to help integrate Disguise D3 and Unreal Engine for this one-of-a-kind live stream event.
Motion capture was streamed, in real time, from an offsite location to a live XR stage using Verizon 5G. Low latency video was streamed between locations for production monitoring. Video was also streamed in real time between the stage in Los Angeles and magnet public schools across the US.
